ctric boilers; 2. district heating battery; 3. electrical connections; 4. main transformers; 5. boiler building; and 6. infrastructure which is necessary for the overall implementation of the Project (e.g. pipelines and heat exchangers). Each of the above procurements are procured separately within the delivery limits, delivery scope and time schedule determined by the Contracting Entity. This call for tenders covers exclusively the electric boiler procurement. The scope of the procurement includes two (2) 60 MW electrode steam boilers with steam operating pressure 40 barg, including transport, installation, commissioning and connection to the Contracting Entity's systems at delivery limits. The boilers will be installed at the following addresses: - Boiler 1: Kokkolan Energia Oy, Voima-power plant, Voimalantie 17, 67900 Kokkola; and - Boiler 2: Kokkolan Energia Oy, Power-power plant, Outokummuntie 19, 67900 Kokkola. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its appendices, including the materials included in the preliminary invitation to tender. The requirements set out in the preliminary invitation to tender, except the absolute requirements, are preliminary and may be modified later in the procurement procedure before the publication of the final invitation to tender.
