Novia UAS students will also use the simulator models to learn a system they will likely work with onboard a ship during their career and onboard training. The simulator and models should accordingly be based on a working automation system found on ships. We also need engine models that get as close as possible to customers’ demands for green fuels combined with hybrid functions. Traditional 2- and 4-stroke models are also needed for our students at Novia UAS and Axxell Vocational School. To maintain a leading position in the global market, we need to broaden and diversify our training and educational offerings.
