Defects Notification Period shall be 12 months.Qualification criteria:The following selection criteria must be satisfied by bidders to be qualified for the award of Contract.— Successful experience as main contractor in at least 1 project of a nature and complexity similar to the proposed contract over the last three (3) years, with a value of at least :- For LOT 1: EUR 1,500,000 (or equivalent) that have been successfully and substantially completed- For LOT 2: EUR 2,000,000 (or equivalent) that have been successfully and substantially completed— Average annual turnover as main contractor (defined as billing for work in progress and completed) over the last three (3) years of minimum :- For LOT 1: EUR 2,000,000 (or equivalent).- For LOT 2: EUR 3,500,000 (or equivalent).— The Bidder shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and/or other financial means sufficient to meet the construction for a period of three (3) months estimated at not less than- For LOT 1: EUR 500,000 (or equivalent) taking into account the applicant’s commitments to other contracts.- For LOT 2: EUR 750,000 (or equivalent) taking into account the applicant’s commitm
