The purpose of these framework contracts is to provide the European Parliament with audiovisual production services, as well as services related to the production of related multimedia services (e.g. radio spot, cinema version of video, formatting and translations) from pre-production to post-production in the required formats for multi-channel distribution and in the 24 EU languages as a minimum.
