ct assessment methodology will be a first of the kind methodology that can estimate the positive impact of digital networks infrastructures in a given geography and context of use. Existence of such methodology will enable policy makers to deploy digital networks infrastructures that are more sustainable, and, the financial actors to support with sustainable (green, climate) finance the deployment of digital networks infrastructures that, under given conditions, will have a positive impact on climate.
